A positive onboarding experience is the first impression a candidate will have of your company. Your background vendor is part of this experience and should have processes and procedures in place to complete the background investigation quickly and accurately.
Accountability for the steps to confirm information provided by the candidate is imperative. With that in mind, Pre-Employment Screening Solutions assigns each background investigation to only one researcher who is responsible for every aspect of the report created, including verifications.
The name, telephone number, and email address of the researcher working on each candidate are included in the report. Recruiters and managers can discuss the report's content with our researcher or request additional handling.
Our researchers interact with your recruiters, and an important rapport develops to the benefit of Human Resources and the candidate.
